FPS stands for Frames Per Second. It's the number of individual images your screen displays every second. Higher numbers mean smoother motion. Most modern displays aim for 60 FPS or higher.
Frame Time is how long it takes to render a single frame, measured in milliseconds (ms). A stable, low frame time is crucial for smooth animation. For 60 FPS, the ideal frame time is around 16.67ms.
The histogram shows the distribution of frame times. A healthy system will have a tight cluster of bars on the left (low frame times). Spikes on the right indicate stuttering or performance issues.
